OK here's what I know so far.1. you need to eat 500 calories more than your daily calorie needs to gain muscle.2. you need protein, carbs and fat to gain muscle.3. .............and to lose fat you need to eat less than your daily calorie needs.4. you need to keep eating less and less.-OOK.so, hmm HOW are you supposed to do them both?- if i want to gain muscle and lose fat, exactly how many calories do i need? do i need more and less than my daily needs?- i need to do cardio for weight loss. - when should i do it? after workout? on a rest day from workout? i don't get it..........and how can you gain muscle and lost fat if you need to eat a lot to gain muscle?someone explain the science here?what are the important tips to gain muscle AND lose fat at the same time??also- is it easier to build muscle first and then lose weight or lose weight and then build muscle?- which do you lose first, fat or muscle?
