I'm 13, 5'3, and 110 pounds and I have skinny arms, skinny bottom half legs, and relatively small stomach and I want to know a workout or way to lose weight on my thighs whithout casing anorexia

  • I had this same problem. Unfortunately you can't target weight loss but you can tone up your thighs. There's a lot of exercises you can do.
