Yes, you will lose weight very fast. However, this type of diet will trash your metabolism, and you will gain weight faster and lose it slower in the future. And you already weigh very little.Other Answers:
- Wtf would you wanna lose weight.you are too little to be that height. Just get in shaped stay fit and tone your body
- 200 calories a day..........."I do not have an eating disorder?" maybe you need to look up just what an eating disorder is, no one 5' 7" should ever only weigh 114 pounds, wake up to the dangers of eating disorders sweetie, wake up.
- My god you're a perfectly healthy weight!!!I'm 5'2, and about 105, and I'm skinny. Being FIVE INCHES taller than me, your weight is not an issue.
- I recommend My Fitness Pal, if you have an iPhone then you can download it as an app. It will give you a HEALTHY amount of calories to consume a day based on your height, weight, activity level, and weight loss goal. But you should also look up healthy weight ranges for your height and frame size.. It may not be healthy for you to lose weight if you're only 114.
- If you eat 200 calories a day for two weeks your body will start eating itself because you need calories to survive. Your body burns a certain amount of calories a day just to live, 1500 calories a day is a ballpark estimate. Not only that, but if you starve yourself like that, your body will kick into starvation mode and hold onto every single thing you eat, so when you start eating again, you'll be gaining even MORE weight. What you should be doing to lose weight is not a 2 week diet or a 4 week diet, it should be a lifestyle change. Eat more fruits and vegetables, they give you more satisfaction and keep you filled up because they are nutrient dense. You feel hungry because your cells need nutrients, fruits and vegetables are high in nutrients and low in calories. Even if you don't like fruits and vegetables, taste is acquired, keep eating them and you'll learn to love them. Learning different ways to prepare them will make the experience all the more easier and enjoyable. Make it easier on yourself, pick fruits and vegetables that you like and make it a point to try different ones frequently. Also, avoid processed foods, if processed food kept you full then corporations wouldn't be making any money. Studies show that added sugar is an addictive substance, it gives you instant gratification, leaves you wanting more, but provides no nutrients and it's CALORIE DENSE. Soda is a really big contributor, because it's all sugar, your cells are still starving, you just drank 300 calories - liquids don't satisfy you like solid foods!! - and you crave more. Don't even buy them or store them at the house. In my personal experience, a major contributor to fat was dairy, ESPECIALLY cheese!! I did a diet study and the amount of fat cheese was contributing to my diet was obscene, milk was the next biggest contributor. Cut back on cheese and dairy as much as possible, you can swap out dairy milk for soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk (there's a bunch of different milks) - they all taste really good and way better than dairy milk in my personal opinion. I had a round belly, but when I cut cheese from my diet my stomach like, instantly flattened, and i could see my abs. It was crazy. Additionally, you should be doing weight training 2-3 times a week. A lot of women don't do this because they don't want to look like bodybuilders. But think about it, if a man lifted a 10-25 lb weight, would he look like a body builder? Not at all. Men build muscle easier than women because of testosterone, and if a man isn't going to get ripped from that weight, you definitely wont. You will get toned. The additional benefit besides burning calories off immediately is that by building muscle, your body will begin to burn off more calories every day when it's at rest because muscle takes more calories to maintain than body fat. ***However, don't let the scale fool you if you start doing all of that and don't see the numbers plummet, muscle weighs more than fat because it's higher in water content. So even though you may not be losing weight, you could still be getting skinnier and burning off body fat. Consider eating meals 6 times a day, thatll keep you satisfied throughout the day. When you have a meal, make half of your plate vegetables and drink water along with it. Sometimes your body says that it's hungry when it's really actually thirsty, so drink water regularly. Keep your meals consistent and your diet consistent and you will be so proud of yourself.People think that there's a miracle cure for losing weight, and there is, it's a healthy lifestyle. But the problem is that they don't want to put forth that effort to make change happen. Are you disciplined enough to change like you really want to? Are you going to be a success story or a failure? Keep a journal or diary to write down your thoughts, feelings, meals, motivation, etc, and track your progress. It will help you keep on track with your goals and progress.
