Yummy healthy lunch ideas for school?

I'm in highschool, and last year, every day, my lunch was a penut butter sandwich on whole grain and an apple, sometimes with baby carrots or cucumbers. So a lot of the time I ended up eating the fattening Mexican food that the cafeteria serves. And I got fat. Over the summer, I lost that weight, and I'd like to keep it that way so I can do good in water polo (and look good). What are some yummy, healthy lunches that don't need to be cold or warm (just room temp) that are small, filling, and easy to make? It needs to be fast cause I don't do night-before lunches and I usually don't get to packing lunch until last minute, and I cannot be late this year due to a strict French teacher for first. Ideas? Sorry it was so long.... Whoops!
