I'm 33 years old, 5'4 and 120lbs. In a 7 month period, I had gone from 180 to 120. I was on an anti-depressant that caused me to gain weight so I took drastic measures and went on the ABC diet. I did the diet 3 times and when I'm NOT on that diet I still never take in more than 600 calories in a day. I know exactly how many calories are in everything I eat, and I feel guilty after eating anything. The reason I'm a little worried is because I keep dropping weight, every day I feel weak and dizzy like I'm going to pass out and some where in my mind I KNOW I need to eat something but then a voice tells me no because I'll get fat again. I'm obsessed with look at pro ana pics, like on tumblr or YouTube and I'm in pro ana groups. I do look really thin now.. you can see my ribs, my collar bones stick out, but I'm at a healthy weight and healthy bmi.
How to Use Sassy Water to Lose Weight

I'm not a medical expert, but 600 calories per day is definitely too low and probably unhealthy. It may be the reason you are feeling weak and dizzy. It is why you are dropping weight every single day, but it is not healthy. You should probably be taking in close to double that amount just as a regular, healthy daily calorie amount. I'm sorry you are struggling with this, and I do believe that you should seek help. No one should have to struggle with food like that. It is okay to eat unhealthy meals sometimes and doing it in moderation will not make you get fat. You shouldn't have to feel guilty about eating. I hope you get the help that you need with this.
