- I'm 164 and 5'3 and I want to be 140 by January . So what I've been doing is walking and jogging every day. Drinking more water . Weight training just enough to get more muscle so I can lose weight quicker . I've been doing sit ups and bicycles and squats on the floor . And been doing toe lifts to strengthen my calves . I've been feeling great and my body parts are feeling a lot tighter . So its working . But working out 3 hours is pretty good !!
