How to Diet with Brown Rice to Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:

Yes and no.....your body will start to burn muscle and store fat this way. It is far more efficient to eat on a every two hour schedule to keep this from happening. Knock down the total calorie intake to what your doctor think you should be at. Lets say he puts you at 1600 calories a day......you should have a 400 calorie breakfast two hours later a serving of fruit that adds up to about 100 calories then lunch 400 calories. then another 100 calorie fruit or vegie snack two hours later. Then your dinner that should take up the remaining calories of the day in this case 600 calories.this will speed up your metabolism while the pounds start coming off. You can play around with the numbers according to what you would rather have for lunch verses dinner or breakfast as long as your staying in your calorie range. This will avoid your boddy going into survival mode and it will process your calories in a better fat burning way. The other important fact is make sure in this juggling you get the proper servings of fat, calories, protien ect. If you have a phone that you can download apps try my fitness pal. I used this for one month and it tought me a lot. It was kinda a pain to scan and add things at first...but well worth it. In the end I learned very fast what was what.

  • You'll just look like a gross skeleton why not do some ab exercises. focus on that. it'll tighten the muscles and burn that bell fat.
  • Yes but it's unhealthy.. people need to understand that you don't need to starve to lose weight, honestly! You said 2 meals, not breakfast and a snack. EAT! Healthily, but you NEED to EAT! Otherwise the weight you do lose will bounce right back i promise. 2 healthy, smaller portioned MEALS and you will lose weight!!
  • Nope, you will just simply affect your blood sugar levels and maybe even harm your body. At 14 your body needs food in order to grow. If you 'starve' yourself like you have suggested, you likely hinder your body's ability to develop, i.e. hormonal related development, height, muscle development etc... Eat 3 healthy meals and balanced diet (meaning cross sections of foods containing necessary fats, proteins and nutrients) and combine this with a little training. If you want a flat tummy then sit-up will do the trick and quite fast too. The added advantage is that this not only shifts the fat but also builds up muscle mass, tone and definition. At 14 years a few months of sit-up every evening and you will have great abs and core strength. Good Luck.
  • You will definitely get become underweight and get your body in starvation mode.
