Stores that cater to short and thin people?

I'm probably going to get a sarcastic answer telling me *every* store caters towards the short and thin. Just please don't. I know there are big and tall shops, but are there any stores meant for the short and thin? I don't mean the typical thin people who wear smalls and size ones or zeros, I mean for people who can't even fit extra smalls or double zeros. I'm really tired of wearing kids sizes and I just can't gain weight.
