So right now i am 110 pounds and i find that to be way below average for a 16 yr guy...My height is around 5'6. On top of that i eat a lot of junk food (Chips, chocolate and ice cream), i don't even know how much money i spent on junk. Because of that it just boggles my mind how i've been staying at 110 pounds for a year already. I am also a vegetarian since i was 7 years old. I do work out frequently by lifting weights and doing pushups, so i'd say i have an average build. 25 pounds an arm is my maximum for dumbbell lifting.
How to Lose Weight on a Budget
Recommended Answer:
Age doesn't matter. I depends on height an weight. I'm 5'3 and I weigh 130 lb and I'm fit. 30 lb max for dumbell. Yea, you're overweight with a high metabolism. If you workout constantly and cannot eat meat, I'd recommend you to get protein shakes. Use it after you workout. And maybe in between classes when you get hungry. Eat carbs. Potatoes. Pasta. brown rice. To gain weight. At 5'6 you should be about 150-160 lb.
