Alright guys im gonna need some help here, im sick of being so insecure and constantly covering my self up in public and hiding behind hoodies(and i live in Texas!) so here is what i wanna change about myself1. I wanna drop a few tummy pounds! Im 5'3 14 and im about 125, my goal is around 115! So any tips? Also im doing it slowly so i won't have to do major cardio plans everyday since ill be at school. So any tips on how to lose weight effectively and maybe by sophomore year i can have a bikini body :)Also a little hint, i am not gonna try out for sports. I will be to busy with academics, band, and an extra music program out of school(yeah im a music buff) 2. Terrible tan lines need to be GONE! Only half of my thighs are tan and my arms are tan. I was hoping i could possibly get at least my thighs and a bit of my chest tanned, and if im lucky my big fat belly*jiggle jiggle* so instructions on how to do that very quick will he very helpful!3. Maybe i can wear more make up(since i am very tomboyish) like i usually just wear eyeliner and not even all the time. So maybe some tips on some makeup.Thats pretty much it, but do you think with determination and at least a whole school year i can get it done? And for the workout, i have some asthma problems when i do major running BUT i can still do cardio( i think i was too hard on myself last time) so any more cardio exercises besides running? - Well to loose a couple pounds you could just look up online like the daily challenges you can do at night before you take you night shower. And to get out your tomboy look you could just do like skinny jeans, sandals. & shop at Ross because they have cheap cute style cloths their. And for your makeup you could use your eyeliner and mascara not to much for your age either you don't want to wear to much. Hope I helped!
