You should aim for interval cardio training, such as alternating between sprinting and power walking. You can try sprinting for as long as you can. When you become too tired, you should walk. When you feel that you've caught your breath, sprint again. Do these alterations for a total of 20 minutes at a time.•Some strength training exercises are Squats Lunges leg lifts and crunches.•Yoga is one of the best ways of losing weight. Well, I am not fat, at all. Seriously speaking. I run 8-9 kms everyday followed by at least an hour of football (soccer). But there is a layer of fat, belly, just a thin, THIN layer on my stomach which I want to get rid of. I have a lot of non-veg, no junk food, I want my body to look something like Edward Norton's in the movie Fight Club (not as ripped as Brad Pitt's). Or David Beckham's body, something like that. I am inherently lean. Please help.
