I am 18 with a 36 inch belly. Help-Male?

I feel extreamly fat! i am muscular, but my belly will not go down! i weigh 148. I am doing p90x. but i cannot lose weight. here is my habit in eating. Cereal morning- eat a sandwich every day for lunch, eat tuna, beef, pork, etc. i eat moderate, but not heavy eating. I am mexican, could it be my genetics? i dont eat fried foods most of the time. One obsession i have is gummy bears! i eat Haribo-gold bears. I eat about 30 a day. please help. Biceps are 14 inches,

  • Haha, relax a little buddy! You have a muscular build but kinda fat (every high school linemen) everybody eats "moderately" but what really counts is the "just a little handful" of the chips. Now, P90x is a GREAT weight loss program but, just a nice 45 minute+ run well help to trim down a lot. (I recommend Asics running shoes) hope this helps :)

Whats the best diet and exercises i should do without a gym or equipment?

I really want to lose weight but I have nowhere to workout. what workouts can I do at home and what's a good diet? I heard cutting out all carbs was a great idea.(I live in a bad neighborhood so jogging outside not really a good idea) I'm 26 300lbs

I'm 5'1, 17 years old and I weigh 128 pounds. My doctor has told me that I was overweight, but I put off losing weight for quite some time now. I start school in a month and I really want to lose 30 pounds before then. Is it possible? Some have suggested a water fast, but I was planning on going on a water fast for 2 weeks and that will be about 15(?) pounds lost. and for another two weeks I was planning on eating only lettuce and tofu and jumproping 10,000 times a day. I know it's how you lose weight, but when I go to the gym almost every other day, I work hard and the most amount of calories I usually burn is 600. And I know for a fact, it can't be safe to consume under that many calories per day.
