How can i lose weight if i dont eat veggies?

I want to lose weight and i know the first step is eating right. but i do not like veggies at all. not in a smoothie or any other form. does anyone have any real suggestions for what i can do? and possibly what the best types of food i could eat as well.

Many people have already asked but i wanted to know..im 14 almost 15 an chubby. I want to feel more confident in myself so im going to start eating healthier but dont know what foods to eat or avoid. I dont really like salads or much veg so i have no idea what to do;/ What exercises could i do? Im going to try make myself look abit thinner during this summer although i know weight loss takes time. Any tips would be appreciated :) x

Then you have done a 30 minute workout. I workout an hour six days a week. When you add more time, add more jogging. Since I workout for an hour I jog for 30 minutes(Ten of those minutes I jog with a backpack on) Then I do five minutes of jumping jacks, jump roping, and jump tucks.
