Exercise;Work out 30 minutes six days a week.Jog for 15 minutes(You can take breaks like jog for five minutes then a minute break, jog for five minutes then a minute break, and jog for five minutes one more time, and walah you jogged for 15 minutes- You will later be able to jog for 15 minutes without stopping- I can now) Do Five minutes of jumping jacks. 10 jumping jacks, ten second break in between every rep(After every 10 jumping jack take a 10 second break). Then Five minutes of jumping roping, 10 jumps, then ten second breaks like the jumping jacks. You don't even need the jump rope, just do the hand motion. Then jog for another five minutes. Then you have done a 30 minute workout. Once 30 minutes because to easy for you, start a new workout that goes up to 45 minutes, then once that gets to easy start a new workout that goes for an hour at the most. That's what I do. I workout an hour six days a week. When you add more time, add more jogging. Since I workout for an hour I jog for 30 minutes(Ten of those minutes I jog with a backpack on) Then I do five minutes of jumping jacks, jump roping, and jump tucks. Then I walk with a back pack on for 20 minutes. Then I do 30 sit ups and some push ups.Dont expect to see results ASAP. How much do you weigh and how tall are you? Don't drink ANY soda, not even diet soda because it stores itself as fat. It's okay to eat fast food once in awhile- don't let it make you feel bad when you do. Don't drink energy drinks, or Gatorade.Eat Veggies- Just like you, I hate veggies, but I ate them anyways. Eat peas and carrots- They are the veggies that have the least flavor to them, so in my opinion they are the most bearable.
