How much calories should i consume a day to lose fat/weight?

Help I am wondering how much calories should i consume each day i weigh 155 used to be 150 but because of muscle mass so now im 155 and now I'm trying to lose fat on certain area so how much calories should i consume to have a nice flat stomach and less fat around certain areas and i know excercise will have to do i got that covered since i go to gym but i need to know how much should I consume so i don't go fat again and get that nice body I'm a male and I'm trying to lose fat/weight thank you

1000 calories is more than enough. As long as these calories do not come from - bread, potatoes, pasta, pizza, chips any fried food, cakes, chocolate, rice, cereals or any fast or junk food. No beer, fine soft drinks, diet drinks, fruit juices, wine etc.. Drink only water if you are thirsty. So as long as the calories come from beans, pulses, vegetables, steamed fish, grilled meat and fruits you will lose a tonne of it and find your body has all the nutrients it needs to function.Exercise hard in a fasted state and wait at least 3 hours after exercise to eat, your body will have no choice but to burn fat cells , ideally first meal should be after 2-4.pm afternoon and not before. I am 15 years old and hoping to start doing yoga and aerobics every day and I want to know if they help you lose weight. If so in how many weeks could I see results I know is different for everybody but I want to know an approximate. Do you have any helpful tips to get me started.
