That is a rough and scary situation you are in. I can't imagine how fearful you are. It is great you want to get help and I believe you need to take to your mom again. Tell her that YOU KNOW you are struggling with an eating disorder and if you don't get help now it is just going to get worse. Tell her YOU NEED help and you need her support because without it things are going to take a turn for the worst.I am unsure of where you live, but I am pretty sure it is not a USA (I live in the USA). You could type eating disorders into the search box and type in your location to figure out what services are provided in your area. Also, you can call the National Centre for Eating Disorders to book an appointment with an eating disorder specialist. It tells you more about your illness and how you can get help! You can even call their free hotline specifically for youth which is 0845 634 7650. I have a bmi of 20.9 so I am healthy but a few weeks ago i was a stone and three pounds heavier. I am 13 and I eat 400 calories some days, then some days it can go right up to 1000 . But I make sure everything I eat has as little sugar content as possible. I have low blood pressure (doctor said) , dizziness, headaches and always feel so tired. Sometimes my eyes go kinda blurry too. I have told my mum but she just told me I need to eat more! I know this already! I need to know HOW to eat more. I've tried to already but it just leaves me feeling horrible, bloated , fat and really bad about myself. I feel so much better with a lighter stomach . I'm going on holidays tomorrow and want to enjoy my holiday without putting on weight because I've tried so hard to lose it
