How can I lose 255lbs in 5 months?

Please help me I don't know what to do anymore I lost all motovation and I have the insanity workout and I'm thinking about going to the gym but I feel out of place I need to lose weight fast due to health and the fact that I'm only 19. I've been told I'm a stress eater an a depressed eater but idk. Please help any suggestions any thing.
