How to lose weight fast?

I gained almost 10 lbs overnight and I want to lose it. I'm 5'3" and currently 105 lbs but I used to be 97 lbs yesterday? What's going on with my body? How do I lose it and I already eat healthy. Please don't give me bs about this because that's my usual weight and I feel pretty confident with the weight I was before.

  • If the weight was gained that quickly, then it's likely all water weight. I wouldn't worry about it really. Drink LOTS of water (8+ cups) to help your body flush out its reserves. If you'd like a strategy for changing your diet to aid in this process, cut out all the carbs you can and amp up how much protein you eat. Be careful with protein bars/shakes though, as a lot of those have crazy amounts of carbs.
