What are some LOW in calories foods?

I took a look at a table of calories and found that the lowest in calories food is cucumber. It contains only 10-15 calories in 100g. It's really super. Are there any foods that are even lower in calories? Or do I have to eat cucumber all day?

But perhaps select low calories snacks and puddings (fruit salad is REALLY filling). Take in plenty of water (no calories!) and do exercise when possible. Did you know that after proper exercise, you can eat whatever you want for 1/2 and hour without it storing as fat? :)

  • carrots are quite low in calories, as are bell peppers and celery takes more to chew and digest than it contains.
  • Ya cucumbers are really high in water which makes them low calorie. These are also low calorie:Add gelatin to plain water, no sweetener.Puffed rice or wheat or etc. puffed with lots and lots of air.A glass of water.Sawdust or metamucil fiber.Breathing in air.Ok seriously find out what's in foods not only the calories: http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/Some of the most *nutritious* foods per calorie are spinach, sunflower seeds (but you only need a little), oysters (especially wild atlantic oysters) and endive. You could eat tons and tons of spinach and endive, plus a little oysters and sunflower seeds and do pretty well. And spinach or endive each make tasty salads. But a ton of cucumbers will only make you bloated and maybe diarrhea from all that water you drank.
