These last three days I ate A LOT! Probably 4000 calories a day of pure unhealthiness. I'm hoping most will come off if it's just water weight and I'll go back to normal. But these past three days have been intentional, because I've decided to start a new diet, and I'm hoping to lose 15 pounds. My problem though: The fear of fast food. Junk food is a piece of cake for me. I don't have to eat it, and usually I can handle myself around it. But fast food is hard for me. I'm home schooled so usually we're going to places, and there isn't really anytime for my mom to make a healthy home cooked meal. Which means we usually go somewhere to eat. Panda Express, Chick fil A, Panera Bread. The only places we usually don't go to is Mcdonalds and Burger King. Since my mom always says that there's no point in eating if we go there since it isn't "real food". Thank god. But I feel like if I eat healthy for a week andthen go somewhere like Panda Express then I've completely ruined my diet and tend to give up. Or I only eat that for the whole day and skip a few meals the next until I feel like I'm back to my weight. Which I know is not healthy. Basically I need help. What should I do if my family wants to go out to eat and I have no choice but to go with? And please don't say find a healthy alternative, because now-a-days even salads tend to be ridiculous. Please help! And no rude answers please! I need good weight loss tips! Thanks! :))
How to Lose Stomach Weight
Recommended Answer:
Someone who increases the amount they exercise, but maintains the same diet and calorie intake, will almost certainly lose weight. No matter if you hate gyms – even light exercise, such as a short 20 minute walk, will be beneficial if done most days of the week.Every single time you exercise more than usual, you burn calories and fat.
Other Answers:
- even those hardcore athletes have cheat days once a day or so sometimes once a week where the whole day they eat anything and everything so your 4000 calories is not a big deal unless you make it a daily ritual, and as for going to a restourant with family, do what i do, avoid the unhealthy stuff and ask for a chicken salad, or ask them what is there healthiest dish ;)
- Girl, I am in th same boat! I plan on getting: Leslie Sansone: Walk Away the Pounds Ultimate Collection (2009). I want to start on it ASAP. Staying active and consuming less calories are the key. I know sometimes its soooooo hard. Drink lots of water and instead of high calorie fatty foods in your cupboard . . . dont buy them, stalk on more nutritious foods i.e. fruits and veggies (i know its hard sometimes !) As with eating out, try to avoid it and eat at home till you loose. OR if you must, just order things which are grilled instead of fried, instead of pasta get cesar salad or something like that. Hope this helps. Oh also, having 3 small meals and 3 snacks in a day could also help.
