why does my cat have diarrhea?

she has had diarrhea for a couple of weeks. taken her to the vet and hes just dumb. she hasnt lost weight. she eats good and quality food. she is not lethargic, does not have blood, is not dehydrated. just diarrhea.I feed her chicken soup for the soul.
