How to Use Free Weights to Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:

It depends on what you are eating. If you eat fresh fruits and vegetables when you get the hunger cravings, you would not gain weight.Meats, dairy and processed food products make you feel sluggish and depressed. Switching to a vegetarian diet can reverse many degenerative diseases including depression. This will not happen overnight. Make little changes...Like.. eat one vegetarian meal per day.Switch to almond milk instead of regular milk. Juicing vegetables is another way to mask those greens.Good Luck!
