Disproportionate weight loss?

I've been exercising for awhile now and have lost 50 lbs, but I still need almost 100 to go.I've noticed that I have lost weight everywhere but mostly in my legs I look disproportionate.When I lose more weight, will my waist get thinner or is my body just disproportionste?
