How can I gain weight and muscles?

I'm turning 15 this year in SeptemberBasically, I'm kinda athletic. (I do Short distance sprinting, long jump, swimming, badminton, basketball, cross country and many more sports in which I represent Sydney, my region or the occasional state. I have sport mostly everyday. (Mondays I have swimming, basketball and running training after school, Tuesdays, I have Boxing, running and weight training, Wednesdays, I have a personal trainer who does cross-fit training with me and I also have basketball and swimming training, Thursday I play basketball for fun, Fridays I have swimming, basketball and running training, Saturdays is my day off but I go to the park for a run or basketball game and Sundays I have badminton training....I eat a lot (people have told me) but I never gain weight. I normally eat about 2 bowls of rice with leftovers from dinner, 2 pieces if toast, 2 boiled eggs, bowl of cereal, an extra glass of milk and an apple for breakfast. For lunch, I have one piece of fruit, 2 sandwiches, a small bag of chips and an up&go. I then either have a snack, going to maccas (only ordering small fries or a cheeseburger as my parents are sport freaks and try to ask me not to eat a lot of junk food) and for dinner, I have like 3 drumsticks of chicken, 4 bowls of rice, 1 sandwich and before I go to bed, a glass of hot chocolate or milk.I've been sticking to this a while as all my family have represented like Sydney or something in most sports such as tennis, basketball or whatever but they are all muscular and I just want to gain weight and muscles. I'm pretty skinny and weigh only 50-60kg (I dont even know how that's possible).If it helps, I am an Asian boy and my height is like 1.65m-1.70m (is that tall?)Anyways please give me tips...thanks :)
