How to gain some fat?

I am having alot of trouble putting on a little bit of weight. I want to be a bit chubbier (I think the softness feels better). I would like to put on 20 pounds by the end of the year, but nothing seems to work anymore. I tried all summer to gain a bit, but i got sick and in 5 days lost 10 pounds (all of my summers gain!). I ride my bike about 30 miles a week and I do tons of push ups and pull ups so I am quite fit. My fitness wont change with me gaining weight either.Right now I am 225 and about 6'4 Is there anything I can do to gain some weight or slow down my metabolism at least?

Eat your fruits and veggies. I wouldnt stop working out but i think the biking can go. all that exercise is making your metabolism really high. just work out so your muscles stay toned, but dont get to carried away with the exercising.
