- Hey!There are quite a few things that you can do to excercise without a gym equipment. The easiest would just be to go jogging around the local park! You can also do squats and skip ropes regularly to stay fit. You do need to maintain a healthy diet (don't starve yourself as you will only gain more weight!) but excercising would be the most beneficial way to gain a fit body.
