How to EASILY Lose Weight Fast

1. For permanent results, you need permanent change. This is a fact, and this is also why dieting, starvation or such NEVER work. If you wanna loose weight permanently, you gotta make permanent changes in your life and how youre living it. Its all about the mindset, if youre not ready to do permanent changes, then you dont wanna loose weight badly enough, and thats the truth. 2. There's a saying "You are what you eat", and that is absolutely true, if you eat badly, then its gonna affect your body and youre immunosystem, therefore if you eat healthy, then youre gonna get healthy, loose weight and your body will get better. - Eat more unprocessed food, it contains a lot more nutrients as these are often lost in commercial products and such doing production. This basicly means, eat vegetables in high amounts(nothing bad about them. - Eat fruit in moderation. Fruit is healthy, but contains a lot of sugar, so eat it in moderation. - Eat lean meat, and eat it in moderation. Again, meat is a decent source of proteine, but beside that, then large amounts of it usually isn't good, especially as the way it is processed often includes a lot of fat, and beside what a lot of people might think, no matter what fat/grease/oil you cook with, when it gets exposed to high heat it starts boiling, and whatever "good" fat/oil/grease you use, will turn into the bad and nasty stuff, that dosn't have any nutritional value. - Avoid sugar and fat. Sugar contains 18kj per gram, which is the same as carbohydrates, but it is digested directly through the intestants, so its very fast energy, leaving you hungry for more, meaning you intake more kj. Fat contains 38kj per gram, more than double of carbohydrates, sugar and proteine, so in general bad(except for some types, but generally stay away from fat). Since the body isn't meant for such large amounts as we get in modern day society, they are very addicte, so this is what im suggestion. Stop eating any candy, chips or anything that contains large amounts of sugar/fat, might be hard to begin with, but once its out of your system, you won't feel the same hunger, and you will probably feel a lot healthier(fewer headaches etc.). Also sugar is just as bad as fat, so just because something is low on fat, that dosn't make it good if its rich in sugar. - Avoid empty carbohydrates. Empty carbohydrates are pasta, bread and such, unless you eat something good with it, then its just empty calories without any good nutritional value, and will get digested very fast, leaving you hungry very fast. - Avoid light/diet products. Now, this one is probably a surprise, but diet products aren't good for you, and here is the reason. When you eat sugary food, your body know that youre getting sugar, so it starts using the sugar in your blood, meaning that your bloodsugar levels will lower. When eating/drinking diet products, your body still think it is getting the sugar, so your bloodsugar levels will still lower. Since they don't contain sugar, or contain only small amounts of it, your body will still be craving the sugar, so you will end up eating/drinking something else, to compensate for the lack of sugar in the diet products. Also, they contain a lot of bad stuff, such as "aspartam" which is also known as being "the worlds most dangerous chemical". Now this is the part of eating, but you also wanna do some excercise, and for this, there are 2 types. Cardio and musclebuilding workouts. Cardio is good as it improves you physical fitness level, which is a rough number of how much oxygen your blood can transfor through its redbloodcells per mg. While musclebuilding workout improves the strength of your muscles, and the stress that they can take, meaning that they can endure more preassure. For someone of your size i would recommend both cardio and musclebuilding workouts, but for a beginning primarily cardio, and once you start loosing some weight and feel less stressed out, you can begin on the musclebuilding workouts. The reason for cardio being my choice, is that your oxygen transport probably isn't at its best, meaning that both mentally and physically your body is lacking behind, and therefore its a good option and choice to change that. Cardio also shows larger improvements for large weight drops than musclebuilding workouts(muscle weights more than fat, and you dont burn as many calories.) Iknow it might seem like a lot to process, and it might be a big change to begin with, but once youre started with it, and have adjusted to your new way of living, and have gotten used to it, then it will become and natural part of your life. So all there is left now, is basicly to get the right mindset and just push through, so to make succesful progress :). - Okay so if you want to lose weight just follow this. I helped one of my friends who was originally 200 lose 80 pounds in 2 months. And my cousin who was 180 lose 40 pounds. They just followed these rules of mineEat healthy - eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat bread/ cereal) - eat less red meat/ fatty dairy products - eat lean meat (I.e poultry and mostly seafood) and fat free dairy products/ eat tofu/ bean curd ( tastes good and is low calorie protein source) - eat big breakfast, skip lunch, small dinner ( don't skip breakfast it is essential and if u do u will just get super hungry doing the next meals, plus it's unhealthy) - avoid eating outside (ESP fast food restaurants) if absolutely have to you should get a salad or small subway sandwich - avoid can products/ instant packages (instant noddles) - avoid toppings/ sauces (ketchup, mustard, etc) soy sauce is okay but not too much cuz it contains a lot of sodium - eat less than 2500 calories per day (keep watch/ you should be keeping record) - 40% veggies, 20% fruits, 30% grain, 10% meat/ dairy products - eat fruits for desert, no ice cream/ junk food; or skip desert entirely - drink a lot of water (about 10 bottles a day) - eat a lot of watermelon (consists of 95% water, low calories, taste good, makes you full easily) - no bags of chips/ vending machine food/ soda no matter what!!! - it's better to eat whole fruits, then juices or dried fruits, not only cuz of processed sugar but cuz it is condensed. For ex one raisin has the same amount of calories as a grape.- also most important of all learn to control yourself! Its easy for one to dream of losing weight but its hard to actually do it!Exercise!!! - run, swim, and bike ( these are the activities that burn the most calories) if u can't run just walk! I suggest run at least 20 miles a week, or walk 40 miles! And it's not as hard as it sounds! Trust me! At first it may seem hard eventually it wont - you could join a sport team - get a gym pass and a working out buddy so you guys can push each other, otherwise you might get lazy. You can do your running here on the running machines/ ellipticals - do push ups, sit ups, crunches ( but this is not a must but rather extra/ doesn't burn much calories but rather changes your fat into muscle)Sleep!!! - sleep more, earlier - the more your sleep, the more calories you burn ( due to breathing/ not eating for a long time) but don't sleep too much. 10 hrs/ day is good!
- It depends how tall you are. If your about 5 foot 4 inches your not overweight, because taller you are more heavier you get
- since you are young, you really should start eating healthy and getting in shape. not only will it help with your health, but it will also allow you to feel more confident through out middle school and high school then through the rest of your life. it is harder to lose weight the older you get so you should try to start now.
- Yes, you're probably about to hit your growth spurt and you should wait a bit. How tall are you? You might not actually be that overweight depending on your height. If you recently gained a lot of weight, that means you're about to grow a lot. Kids usually gain weight before a growth spurt. Just eat healthy and exercise plenty to try to maintain your weight now, and when you grow continue eating plenty of vegetables and fruits. Eat things in moderation, almost everything is okay if you're wise about how much you eat. Just try not to gain too much weight and you should stay within a healthy weight throughout and after your growth spurt.
- Your only 13 you should be about in middle school right??!! My cousin was about the same she was chubby in middle school about time she got in high school she was a decent size but. Just be your beautiful self
- yes the answer to your problem is it's not how much it's how it's going.
- I think it's great you want to be healthy. First thing to do is avoid all sugars. Next is do not eat fast food. Eat lots of salads and fruit and a little chicken or fish.
